I offer one-to-one face-to-face counselling in Bristol. I also offer telephone and Skype sessions for those who are outside of Bristol and those who are unable to travel.

I provide a safe, non- judgemental and accepting environment that allows you to bring your whole self into the therapy. Every person is a unique combination of their backgrounds, experiences and life events, likewise my counselling sessions are uniquely tailored to your individual needs.

A central aspect of my work is the therapeutic relationship. As client and counsellor we are both invested in your health and it is important that we establish a trustworthy relationship.

Before starting therapy I offer a free consultation to assess the fit between my approach and what you need, it is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions.

Sessions last 50 minutes and occur on a weekly basis at a time and day suited to you. Payments are made in advance or at the beginning of the session if working face-to-face.


I offer workshops on mental health awareness, self- esteem and confidence, anxiety management and emotional regulation for groups and organisations. I have previously carried out workshops in academic organisations; schools, colleges and universities.
